Sales Account Manager (Plymouth) - Fluent in French

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager for France and Belgium.  Whilst ensuring current and potential partners are fully conversant with our clients' products and services, your key role will be to achieve high potential, qualified sales. 

 The key tasks include but are not limited to:

·         Advising clients and partners on the range of services our client offers

·         Researching and target prospecting for your geographical market

·         Carrying out sales negotiations, completing contracts and maintaining efficient and timely administrative processes

·         Achieving annual sales targets

·         Maximising income margins within each contract

·         Reducing and maintaining low attrition rates

·         Developing new partner relationships within geographical markets

·         Maximising opportunities to enhance contract through cross-sell and upsell

·         Negotiating and closing sales’ contracts using a consultative approach to ensure clients’ training needs and expectations can be met

·         Establishing and maintaining high quality customer relationships by providing a responsive, knowledgeable and consistently exemplary standard of customer service to both internal and external customers

·         Visiting potential and existing customers in European market, as required

 Person Specification

  • Fluent French speaker is essential
  • Proven track record in consultative sales
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible working attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.


Role:  Permanent

Salary:  £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
