Chef or Chef de Partie (South Brent) - Temporary

Our client is seeking an experienced chef or chef de partie to work in a gastropub with 40 covers, for approximately 1 month. 

They take pride in the quality of produce that they use and serve everything fresh.  Some things you might find on their menu is pigeon breast; carpaccio of fillet beef; black pudding scotch egg; wild mushroom and truffle risotto; ravioli; scallops; catch of the day; aged steaks etc.

They are open Tuesday to Sunday and ideally require cover for 5 days per week, although they can be flexible on hours and days of work including part-time.  

Salary:  £Depending on experience plus tips

Hours:  Full or part-time hours
