Customer Service Coordinator (Plymouth)

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.  The role incorporates all aspects of Customer Service and Customer Account Management including the following responsibilities:

  • Daily interaction with Customers.
  • The timely resolution of queries and complaints.
  • Coordinating customer service requirements with other departments.
  • Liaising with Production on customer order progress.
  • Producing reports analysing statistical information.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer services.
  • In putting of customer demands into the Operating System.
