Customer Service Coordinator (Plymouth)
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. The role incorporates all aspects of Customer Service and Customer Account Management including the following responsibilities:
- Daily interaction with Customers.
- The timely resolution of queries and complaints.
- Coordinating customer service requirements with other departments.
- Liaising with Production on customer order progress.
- Producing reports analysing statistical information.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer services.
- In putting of customer demands into the Operating System.
