Our client is seeking a candidate with manufacturing experience to deal with the operational demands within a cost critical environment.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will need to have excellent negotiating skills; IT literate including MS Excel, PowerPoint and MRP system; experience of change management, estimating, obtaining quotes for parts and tooling; able to understand technical specifications and processes; high degree of commercial acumen; project management/planning; stakeholder management; accuracy with data; analytical and problem solving skills and have either a CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply, an Engineering Degree or a Degree in Business Studies.
We are also able to consider applications from engineers that are wishing to move into a buying role.
