Account Manager (Birmingham)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join an expanding organisation that has an enviable portfolio of clients which includes prominent global and domestic brands.  They take a bespoke and tailored approach to providing solutions for its corporate clients and is an organisation that prides itself on the consultative and supportive nature of its staff. As an Account Manager you will be entrusted with building and maintaining solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.

As an Account Manager your duties will include:

•                    Day to day account management of corporate clients

•                    Analysis of  business data and to initiate periodic and ad hoc client reports

•                    Assist in project managing new client implementation from inception to completion

•                    Methodical approach to administration duties

•                    Regular dialogue with corporate intermediaries via telephone and in person

•                    Handle business calls in a professional and assured manner

•                    Day to day client administrative duties

•                    Monthly review meetings

Location:     Birmingham

Salary:     £25,000 - £40,000
