Business Development Executive (Devon)

Our client is seeking an experienced salesperson to join their team to develop and manage new business throughout Devon. This is a superb opportunity for a tenacious, driven and self-motivated individual who is seeking a challenging and rewarding field based sales role. 

You will need to consistently deliver new business as well as maintain relationships with existing customers; exceed targets and establish strong relationships to gain a good understanding of client businesses.  In order to be successful as their Business Development Executive, you will need to have a proven record in developing new business within a B2B environment; professional and confident communication skills when dealing with internal and external customers, at all levels; an organised approach with excellent time management skills; ability to multi-task; able to use own initiative and work unsupervised; have an understanding when matters need to be referred to your line manager; computer literate; have a pleasant and confident telephone manner; ability to work as part of a team as well as using your own initiative; a full and clean driving licence.

For this role of Business Development Executive, my client is offering a salary with uncapped commission, company car, pension, company I-Phone and Laptop.

Location:  Devon

Basic Salary £20k-£25k plus OTE £15k of uncapped commission within the first year.
