Our client is seeking an individual with a professional and friendly telephone manner to provide front-line telephone and administration support to teams across their organisation.

You duties will include:- 

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Assisting with bookings, amendments and cancellations
  • Advising clients of products and services
  • Answering website queries
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Fielding general client FAQs
  • Transferring calls to relevant department(s)
  • Taking messages
  • Distribution of daily post within the office
  • Franking of outbound post and additional mailings
  • Sending out brochures and redirecting product/service information requests to appropriate member of the sales team
  • Providing client care to new subscription clients, including welcome emails
  • Keeping diary appointments and records of all client contact up to date on the company database and Outlook
  • Raising client technical queries on database and task relevant technical colleague
  • Website import
  • Booking travel and accommodation using a variety of methods and send confirmations by email
  • Ordering refreshments and standard office stationery from suppliers as and when required
  • Providing good customer service to all clients (external customers and internal colleagues)

You will need to be a confident communicator; professionally presented; able to deal with clients at all levels; customer focused; have accurate data inputting skills as well as excellent organisational and admin skills.

SALARY: £17,500 pa, raising to £18,500 after 6 months successful probationary period

HOURS:  Monday to Thursday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm and Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
