Administrator - Business Development (Plymouth)

Our client is seeking to fill their role of a Business Development Administrator to work within their Sales and Marketing Team.  The primary duties are that of a sales administrator to support internal and external sales teams, however they do need someone with excellent telephone skills and B2B telemarketing experience.

Some of your duties will include general administration; updating company database; data cleansing; deal with and answer enquiries; send out literature; follow up sales letters/emails; assist the Business Development Manager with report writing in preparation for monthly departmental meetings; diary management; make cold, warm and follow-up telephone calls to target firms for setting diarised appointments for field staff.

You will need to have high quality customer service skills; attend seminars, conferences and Company courses as and when required; Meet (and where possible exceed) targets as set by the Board and specified in your KPI's.

Role:  Permanent

Salary:  £17,000 - £18,000

Hours:  37 per week, Monday to Friday
