Telesales/Account Manager (Plymouth)

 

Basic Salary £16k with OTE £22k-£24k with uncapped commission

Purpose of Position:

Our client is seeking someone who is proactive in making B2B sales calls to existing and new customers with the aim of growing your sales and exceeding your set targets.

You will be responsible for:-

  • Focusing on winning new business as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Searching for new sales opportunities in order to grow your client base which will assist you in exceeding set targets
  • Making a minimum of 60 B2B outbound calls on a daily basis
  • Retain & manage customers under individual rep codes through appropriate propositions
  • Manage personal time & productivity.
  • Add valuable information to Account Manager
  • Update customer database
  • Regular use of gap analysis
  • Integrate personal sales efforts with other organized activities such as blitzes
  • Create own promotions and send out regular email campaigns
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries within set timescales
  • Attend  training & develop relevant knowledge & skills in particular link selling & upselling
  • Carrying out regular reviews for customers
