Certainty Recruitment support does not end once our candidate has been recruited. A lot of resources are used to find and recruit the right person for the role, especially for senior and/or specialist roles.Our on-boarding process provides individualised development programmes to ensure the transition into a new role goes as smoothly as possible.

Onboarding supports the company's internal new hire orientation processes - from pre-start coaching for the new recruit to prepare them for the new role to advising businesses on what is required when recruiting senior people (we work with a lot of young companies to bring in experienced, senior 'wise heads' to enable their fast-growing business to be sustainable). 

From conveying organisational brand values, ethics and culture to suporting HR processes, our onboarding process enables both the new recruit and the organisation to mesh well to ensure long and loyal relationships.
